Purpose   :Estimate for the amount of Sponsor's banner and Sponor's booth 

Location  : Taman Budaya Jawa Barat

Time        : 17.00-18.30

Result:

1.Distance from TBJ gate to the theater hall : 320 meter

Estimation the number of Banner: 64 items, if installed in the right and left side could be up to128 items

2. Distance from theater to TBJ exit gate: 295 meter

Estimation the number of Banner: 59 items, if installed in the right and left side could be up to 118 items

Note :

-Distance of one to another banner is 5 meter

-This is not include the permission of banner installation infront of citizen's houses around

There was an event which was being held when we surveyed the place, and the  booth installation was being built and we could use it as a reference.

Booth's size : 2 x 3 meter with facilities : 1 desk, 1 chair, and power supply.

Quantity of booths : 10 booths
