Fund Request to SBM ITB

Out of all the sponsor that we gained, three promised us advance payment. These include Pertamina, Telkomsel, and Telkom. Below are the details of nominal that will be given by each company according to MoU.

1. Pertamina: Rp20.000.000,00 will be transferred no later than 14 days after the completion of every reqired document.

2. Telkomsel: Rp20.000.000,00 will be transferred no later than 30 days after the completion of every reqired document.

3. Telkom: Rp30.000.000,00 will be transferred after the completion of every reqired document.

Using these MoUs, we requested to borrow fund to SBM ITB to cover for urgent necessities. The procedure that we had to go through include appoinments with Mr Aurik as vice dean and Mrs. Fitri as the person in charge with administrasion matters.

Yesterday, Akbar as EP has signed the agreement of fund borrowing with the following condition:

1. The fund borrowed is given deadline of return at 1st May 2014

2. and fund will be charged 5% interest each month during the course of return.
