1. Sponsor Affairs' Progress


There are some revisions from the previous data. Until now, 22 sponsors have dealt. The details are listed below.




The swelling of sound and lighting fund make treasurer is running out of cash. Treasurer urges Sponsor Affairs to make the disbursement of funds faster. The filing of debt to SBM will be manage by Aliyyah Sarastita R.


2. Marketing Deadline (Printed Ads and Book Program)

PRINTED MEDIA DEADLINE


Based on the table above, members of Sponsor Affairs have to:
  • submit the logo of sponsor no later than Thursday, March 13rd 2014 at 05.00 PM
  • submit the design of book event no later than Monday, March 17th 2014
For banner, submission of logo could still be done until Monday, March 17th 2014. Meanwhile, for sponsors that have not submitted their logos yet (or haven’t been making MoU yet), there will be a second loop of printing later.

3. D-Day Job Description

In the D-Day, there are still some jobs related to sponsors. They will explain further below.

- Booth 

There will be 2-3 members appointed each day to be PIC of the day for booths. They will be responsible to help sponsors to load their booth stuffs and stand by around if only they have trouble in their booths. As long as the booths are opened, the security will be the responsibility of the sponsors.

Note: Members who are PIC on sponsors that needs booth have to submit the detail of booth specification (Deadline: Wednesday, March 19th 2014)

- Free ticket (RSVP) 

PICs of sponsors have to be ready in accompanying people from sponsor to have their seat and take look around (in case they wanted to). 
Note: The certainty of sponsors’ attendance must be reported to ticketing division (Deadline: Tuesday, March 18th 2014) 

- Documentation for accountability report to sponsors 

Documentation related to sponsors benefit (t-banners, booth, etc.) will be done by each PIC.


TIMELINE OF JOB DESCRIPTION

 Note: Each member will have one of the three jobs above in each day.

4. Ad-com Progress


Ad-com will be presented for 2-3 minutes each before the opening by MC. There are two ad-com, those are:


1.      Lamalera

Lamalera ad-com will need 6 persons. It will be packed into a short-time fashion show of sweater and shoes.

2.      ENFYS Group

ENFYS Group ad-com will need 4-6 persons depend on its concept. We are still waiting the concept from people of ENFYS Group.

For ad-com actors, Vice Executive Producer has been opened recruitment. There will be 9 persons from ABC and 10 persons from DEF. Actors from ABC will play in Medusa show. Otherwise, actors from DEF will play in Hercules show. If further additional actors are needed, there will be closed-recruitment for SO members.
First meeting of actors will be held on Monday, March 17th 2014. PIC of ad-com will decide rehearsal schedule later.
