     b. Proposal Printing Techniques:

         We will print the proposal step by step, supposed we will print 50 bundles first then we print the 50 bundles left

2.Sponsor Approaching Techniques :

·               Additional stuffs that will be tool during approaching to sponsors:

     - Documentation / CD of Oddisey 2013 ( last year)

     - Soft copy of estimation budget for Oddisey 2014

     - Sheet of sponsor term and conditions

     -Sheet of logo sizes in marketing attributes

     -Letter of permission from SBM ITB

 -             Approaching to companies will be done by team ( 2 persons, with one of them is the person in charge (contact person) and one will be an assistant contact person number will be labeled in the cover of proposal Performance of the Sponsor affairs is based on team performance

3. Discussing for ticket revenue and sponsor revenue that is exceed for charity program.

    Discussion Results:

Charity will be held as our service for public or as the form of education ( not in cash form)
