1. List of the PIC and their assist for each company is decided
2. For sponsor candidate from SBM student relation, must be followed up and as soon as possible make the MOU. If the proposal is accepted, try to make the payment is at week 4 and 5, if rejected, ask the relation to make sure again.
3. Donation is allowed but must not placed in the banner and the other promotion tools.
4. To ensure that we are SBM student, when meeting with the company or sent the proposal via post, we must bring a covering letter made by secretary

- Allowed to sent proposal via post but with a clear receiver and addres
- Via email is allowed, sent the full size, if the company ask for compressed proposal, use the compressed proposal made by Desi
