SOP of meeting with Sponsor candidate

1. Explain the outline of proposal, include background and budgeting list.
2. Explain all of the sponsorship packages from the lowest package (Athena) to the highest (Zeus).
3. If the Sponsor candidate looks not interested  with the packages offered, start offer the alternative packages.
4. For a custom sponsor partnership, it is flexible and decided when negociating with sponsor candidate. But This custom sponsorship must not exceed the benefit offered for Zeus package.
5. After have a deal in verbal, continue to make the MOU (memorandum of understanding) which draft is already made.
6. Confirm the content of MOU.
7. Deal with the sponsor candidate in MOU.
