Purpose   :

1. Things that should be equipped either by ourselves or by management of TBJ to build some booths (electricity, the booths, etc.)
2. Allowance of flag banners' setting around the area of TBJ

Survey Result :

Equipment	Explanation
Booth	10 booths that will be set should be prepared by Oddisey’s crews (Sponsorship and Operation)
Electricity	-    If Operation Crews decide to use stage lighting from TBJ, electricity for booths should be equipped by us. In the other hand, if Oddisey does not use TBJ’s lighting, electricity for booths can be provided by the management of TBJ. -    Line of electricity will be equipped by the management of TBJ.
Table	Tables are provided by ourselves.

We are allowed to set flag banners along the entrance gate until the exit gate since those areas are occupied by TBJ. However, we could not set those flag banners along Dago Street because it was occupied by another Government's Department.
